Vibrating Screen Introduction

Vibrating screen is the circular vibrating type; we also called it circular vibrating screen. Honxing vibrating screen earns its name by reason of its approximately circular movement. The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. This kind of vibrating screen features long streamline, and clear screening for different specifications.

Honxing vibrating screen is widely used for grading and screening materials in the fields such as coal-selecting, mining-selecting, building materials, electrical power and chemical industry, etc.

Vibrating Screen Application

The vibrating equipment  is used for separating materials. It is composed of main frame, screen, motor, eccentric bock, rubber spring, coupler and, etc. Company supplies suitable type according to customers' demands. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

Vibrating screen moves round. It has the features of multi-layers and high efficiency. The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. The material drops down along the long line. In screen grading, the material is separated mechanically on screen plates. Rolling bearings in vibrating screens are stressed by high, mostly shock-type loads. Moreover, the bearings, while rotating about their own axis, perform a circular, elliptical or linear vibrating motion. This results in high radial accelerations which additionally stresses the bearings, and especially the cages, considerably. The operating speed is usually very high. As a result, the bearing temperatures are up to 20 to 30 degrees Kelvin higher than that in normal applications. In addition, considerable misalignments between the bearing locations and considerable shaft deflections have to be accommodated.
