Brief Introduction to Feeder Machine

Vibrating feeder adopts the synchronous principle of two eccentric vibration motors, and produces force with the horizontal plane through periodic vibration, which pushes the material of the feeding groove do the casting or slide motion to the bunker evenly.

Mechanical Feeder Usage:

Main applications: it is used in mine, chemical industry, coal and other industries. Then the massive materials can be conveyed from storing warehouse to receiving device (it is not suitable to convey concentrate powered materials whose size is bigger than 50mm (including 50mm).

Vibrating feeder can feed block or granule materials from the material storage to charging device evenly and continuously. It can realize even feeding for crushers in sandstone production line and make rough screening for materials. It is widely applied in combined operation of crushing and screening in the industries like metallurgy, mine, mine ion, building materials, chemicals, etc.

Characteristics of Vibrating Feeder:

Stable vibration, reliable operation and long service life; the excitation force and materials moving in the feeder can be adjusted conveniently and easily; the vibrating motor, as the excitation source, has low noise, small power consumption, good adjusting performance and without material splash. Simple structure, reliable running, convenient installation, light weight, small size, easy maintenance, and the enclosed type can prevent dust pollution.
